*Cancellation
Policy
Missed lessons
must be paid for unless the student has paid for the 16, 24, or 32 week
package. In this case, students can cancel once if they have signed up for
the 16 week package, two cancellations are allowed on the 24 week package
and 3 cancellations are allowed on the 32 week package. All other missed
lessons will be charged.

The school will be closed on
Labour Day (Sept), Thanksgiving (Oct), Christmas (Dec 24, 25, 26), New
Years (Dec 31 & Jan 1), Good Friday and Easter Sunday (April),
Victoria Day (May), Canada Day (July) and Civic Holiday (Aug).

The school will be open during
the Christmas Holidays and the March Break. If Odeon School of
Music receives an advance notice of 48 hours, the lessons will not be
charged.

In the event that your teacher is not
available for your lesson, a teacher will be supplied to fill in for that
lesson. In the event that Odeon School of Music cannot supply a teacher a
credit for that lesson will be given to the student.
* If
you are late for class you will only receive the balance of the time
remaining.
